Upside down in a hole he can barely fit in. Can't really see what's going on, but funny seeing him come out of there on his back.

The eggs are starting to "hatch" right now. When you see a tail start squirming around she'll go pluck it off the top of the wood and spit the fry in an even deeper pocket that is totally out of view.
She's been diggin a hole under a piece of slate during her breaks while the male watches the eggs. Hoping she'll move the fry there after they all start wigglin around where I can see them.

just got a mark on the sump yesterday so I could tell, not getting nearly as much evaporation on this one as I am on the 180 w/canopy. Think that algae scrubber and the plants on the 180 is where most of my evaporation comes from.

Last 2 of these little guys, they spawned this morning. Devil fry should be free swimming any time now, may be the end of the barbs.
