The inlet to this Brazilian lake comes through the lake floor (the first part of the video). So it has a natural filter out of limestone gravel.

The spot where the water is bubbling up from the bottom reminded me of a place I went in
Florida. It was a little spring-fed stream, and the water came up like that. Florida has a limestone base, too, the "swimming hole" we were swimming in had a hard limestone bottom, no mud at all.
