tank re seal Empty tank re seal

I was wondering if anyone has tried sealing or re sealing their fish tanks? reason why I asked because last night my old 30g leaked..... well more like streamed! on my carpet! about 15g worth when I got home, it got me thinking about the 125 im about to set up, I know it holds water.... so did my 30..... any thoughts?

Sorry to hear that. I hope you did´nt get any water damage. I did my 66 gallon last summer. First time in 30 years. Buy a chisel because it´s perfect to remove the old silicone. Much easier then razorblades.
