Very very nice thumbs up ! But why so meny different species in the same tank. You will end up with loads of hybrids.

Wow, you got some very nice specimen there. Congatulations..........
I too would very much recommend to separate them as soon as possible. It's not just that the possibility of interbreeding will increase the longer you have them together, it's also the building of healthy colonies.
How many do you have of each variant?

That is what I was afraid off. You have small groups with the exception of the Mpulungu, Ikola and the Bemba. Even the Ikola group is very small since this is one of the most aggressive variant.
Please don't misunderstand my comments as criticism, I only like to help so you don't make the mistakes I made many years ago. Tropheus have been my favorite cichlids since almost 40 years.

Enjoy all reproaches and ideas!! Soon I will order other groups from other places but first aquaria is more important!! And one question I want to put two colonies in 200 gallons by 25 pieces each??

Colleagues need advice for the arrangement of fish in aquariums!! There is the list again:
Tropheus Mpulungu Kasakalawe
That is the biggest colony of 18 pieces - 6-7 inch
tropheus ikola - 12 pieces - 4-6inch
tropheus duboisi maswa - 4 adults and 9 young - 7-8inch
tropheus Chimba - 7 pieces - 7-8inch
tropheus kiriza - 10 pieces - 6-7inch
tropheus bemba - 19 pieces young 2-3inch
tropheus moliro red - 8 pieces - 6-7inch
tropheus nkonde - 6 pieces young - 2-4inch

Now expect colony from WC NKONDE 18 pieces - 6-7inch and Red Chimba 10 pieces - 6-7inch!! Problem is that I have four aquariums!!
125 gallons second is 100 gallons third is 80gallons and the last is 50 gallons!! Thanks!! ponder

I'm not experienced with Tropheus, so no advice, but you have some beautiful fish! I really like the Ikola.

Are you planning to breed them? Purchase more tanks? Just wondering why so many different trophs.
