I'm the same way, Splash. I'm trying to get over this and will have to do it with all of the Tang fry that I have now and am completely attached to. I hope that after I do it the first time, it will be easier!

thanks chris, nope no freshwater tanks left.only this salt water tank and the 58 gallon upgrade...lol....

sorry guys dont get on here much...busy with the new tank upgrade...

decided to not setup the 58 gallon, after i got lights on it i saw all the scratches it had,


so i got a 50 gallon rimless to setup instead


also i did something i thought i would never do...and that was get the other half involved in setting it all up


he plumbed the sump, built my shelf for my skimmer, built my return pipe. and even built me a cabinet for my ATO trashcan(to hide it so i dont just have a trashcan hanging out in the living room, and i can put a flower on it)


here are some pics...it is still cycling...but has been running for 4 days with live rock, also there is only a 2 bulb fixture on there right now, the other 4 bulb one is in my room waiting till the cycle is done....here is a link to the 4 bulb fixture i got..its SWEET!

skimmer pulling nasty stuff after only 2 hours in the sump and no livestock...and this stuff stinks...lmao!
