Homemade Rocks
Here are some pictures of some rocks Emma made for her 125g tank. She started with 1" foam board, cut, glued and shaped as desired. She took a heatgun to them to reset all of the loose bits. Then she used Sakrete Patcher mix to cover the tops and cave areas of each rock. Once that was cured, she did a float test and removed some foam from the inside and filled them with sand and more patcher.
