No pairing yet and very little aggression. 3 of them are big males and the alpha male is almost fully grown. I have no idea why it works as good as it does. Two have died. Both of them jumped out of tank.

Yeah, that's great that you still have them together at that size. One of my early broods stayed together for a long time, but I finally had to give them away because some were starting to hide at the top of the tank.
I've now given away all of my leleupi juvies of different ages and have just the original pair and their new batch of tiny little fry.
