A few pics of mine. I really enjoy these mbuna. They are the least aggressive of the mbuna that I keep, including L. caeruleus.

Sweet Smile ! Never had this species. I read somewhere that they are seasonal breeders in the lake. How often do u get them to breed? I mean have u noticed anything different with this species compared to other species of mbuna?

Thanks everyone.

Håkan, I have noticed a difference from my other mbuna -- these acei have never spawned, not even once! Sad I haven't vented them, so I don't know their sexes, but with five of them, I would expect to have at least one of the opposite sex.

The third pic from the left is most probably a male. The others could be femals.
