He must be using metal halogen lighting to get that spectacular effect.

Fantastic tank.
Yes, I think so to. Gives you an awesome sun effect if you have good surface movement

Wow is right, that IS a beautiful Rift Lake set-up. A perfect replica of their natural habitat.

Mike, can you imagine this tank filled with Tropheus????????

Klaus you sound like and old broken record. The only Tanganyika that would look good in that tank would be a large group of Petrochromis sp."red".

Here is a bigger shot of the tank.

That is a good thing my friend and I will keep playing that record too. Laughing

BTW, I have no problem with Petrochromis in that tank. You are correct, they would look awesome.

So, is this in somebodies house? It looks like a really deep tank or is the background that good that it just gives the impression of depth that really isn't there? Anyone want to guess how big it is?
Looks awesome regardless but I am curious if it is a hobbyist or a "professional" setup (zoo or something).

This tank is located in a ordinary house. Tank size 6,6feet*4,3feet*2,1feet. I think you missed this shots of the tank.

I found the thread on this project on a French forum. It´s easy to follow due to all the pictures.
