Post by jimmymac Sun Jan 30, 2011 11:09 am

Still got him! And hes @ 16 inches now. I had to move him to the 135 wall tank.
He was trying to shred the tails of any fish over 10 inches. He would grab ahold and
Shake the bigger fish like a dog and a toy, LOL. He has eaten all but one firecracker luelupi.
He doesnt bother the older Luelupi or the calvus and comps at all.

his nick name is "Beasty", He is really fun to tease on the front glass.
I run my finger back and fourth, and he tries to bite me through the glass.
Stupid fishy beast.

Aura,
I have three of those in there. All males as luck would have it.
There is also ONE small firecracker left out of eight (male @ 1.5 inch)
The smallest fish in the tank and he has taken about 30% of the tank for his territory.
He chases everyone out of his rock group, all the big leleupi, the calvus, the comps and the cats.
Including nipping and punching at the beast. He must fear for his life as Beasty ate all his buddies, lol.

He's right at 18 inches.

I'm sure he will start growing a little now that he has twice the tank space.

He has always eaten NLS 3ml. pellets, but he gets treats once and a while.

Shrimp, krill, goldfish, a little salmon.
