Possuo a seguinte fauna:
cinotilapia pulpican(casal)
pseudotropheus acei ngara(casal)
pseudotropheus acei msuli(casal)

I used to keep demasoni and found that the problem was mostly between other demasoni. If you start with a large number of demasoni, they will probably chase each other around and not really bother the acei.
If your pulpican is similar in appearance to the demasoni, that might be a problem.
I'm not sure how adding the estherae would go. Are they also adult?

Obrigado !

If you want to add the demasoni, I would add at least 12 or more. Filhotes -- good.

Obrigado!

Re: demasoni em comunitario
Yes, it's because they can be so aggressive to each other that the more you have, the better chance to succeed. There are more fish for the bullies to chase around the tank. This way it isn't always the same few fish being harassed to death. This is what I normally see recommended.
My own experience many years ago: I started with only five demasoni and they did okay. They spawned and I raised the babies until I had many more. I've been told that I was lucky that they didn't kill each other when I only had the five. I'm guessing it was because only one was male and he had no competition for spawning.

Obrigado amigo!!

Sounds good. Everyone's experience can be different, depending on tank size, arrangement of decorations, tank mates, etc.
Good luck!
