Do you have a photobucket acct? It's free and makes storing and sharing photo's real easy Wink

Very nice setup!!! Wink

Are you experimenting with sand on the left side or adding diversity? Many years ago I had crushed coral in my mbuna tank and decided to experiment with sand so I had one side with sand the other with crushed coral. Within a week or so it was all mixed together courtesy of my mbuna constantly digging and rescaping the tank... I ended up going with sand and have never looked back.

Your pictures aren't bad either. Do you have a macro setting on the camera? Our resident photography experts (Jeff, HÃ¥kan, & Klaus) could probably have you taking shots you never thought were possible with your camera. I was ready to throw mine away and 10 minutes in the chat room with Jeff was all it took for me to love my camera.

Is there a symbol of a flower on it anywhere? I had one camera with it on the dial on top for the different settings, on my newest camera there is a button on top with the flower symbol (macro mode), it's for close ups. In macro mode get as close to the glass as possible and wait for the fish to offer you a shot. Another tip is to take pics at night with the room dark, you can tape a piece of tissue paper over the flash to reduce glare on the glass. Don't tape it tight to the flash but make it bow out away from the flash a bit like this ) . That's about all the tips I can offer. Hopefully Jeff will chime in with help on choosing settings in manual mode.

Only thing I could find was for camcorder too.
Pretty decent stills for an older video camera. Might be able to boost the brightness and contrast a little in gimp or one of the online programs.
